Being in an IT firm, I happen to have a small group of people as my team; uniquely interesting in a way that the idea of making them known to the world seems doing it a favor. Funnily enough, it’s been a week since I have been pushing myself to sit and write about them. And finally, I am on it now but may not be able to work on all my cylinders.

My first fish to fry is P.H who will really take a while to be done with. An average built; umm no! somewhat better, as he still has the past influence of kickboxing, once he had the passion for, father of two cute girls, which doesn’t seem to be the reason for him to be that polite.

To me, he seems to be genetically programmed to sound as humble as one can think of, which I’m sure he must be proud of. The guy’s got a mum’s syndrome, taking care of the teammates in several ways like bringing things for them to have; such as, nowadays, peanuts with raw sugar in different shapes, biscuits of different types, chips and all that jazz, which is hard to go unnoticed.

The time he shows up at till he leaves, he hardly ever loses his composure even when going through some rough patch. His extrovert personality paves the way to make a genuinely friendly impression when even meeting somebody for the first time. I have never heard him speaking abrasively to anyone; he is equally polite to even those who are usually talked at.

During the work, he isn’t only focused he is assigned to but ready to be cooperative in whatever the manner it can be. Being overburdened with multiple tasks still doesn’t do any harm to his smile, which seems to be a permanent feature on his face.

P.H doesn’t have “NO” or any other negator when being asked for anything, and if he comes to know that anyone of us needs a helping hand, he comes forward.

He has won the hearts of the people around him with his ways of doing things in a manner that taking him to task for a belatedly delivered job won’t be an easy thing to do.

Here I would surely mention the element of defiance that I happened to note very recently in his tone of voice which was so subtle and indirect that I could hardly feel it. The very next thing was a quick fix that crossed my mind and in a day or so it was straightened out.

I find myself quite fortunate to have him in my team and hope he stays the same!
